Jaloleinikki (Noble Buttercup) – A Story of Sensitivity and Strength

When Maria Great picked up her brush to create this piece, she had no idea that her hands were about to shape the fabric of a new era – Jaloleinikki (Noble Buttercup). What emerged was an intuitive, layered painting that blends a bold color palette with delicate contours and an inner rhythm that pulses through every hue. Each stroke, each pigment was born from a silent prayer and the courage to let emotion lead the way.

Across the canvas shimmer fields of turquoise hope, splashes of deep red emotion, and silhouettes bathed in light – reminding us of the vulnerability of humanity, and yet, the divine uniqueness in each of us. In the artwork, one might see figures, faces, flowers, or angels – yet none of them are fully defined. Just like life itself.

Maria felt that this painting was not meant to remain confined to the canvas. It longed to live in homes, in moments, in our everyday lives.
